Last Week of the Season! There are some changes made on the schedule so check your schedule for game times! Remember we start at 4pm this Sunday! And playoffs are right around the corner are you ready!
9:26 am edt

Sunday April 26th Scoreboard:

GT Rainmakers        56
Atl Rat Pack             89

The Rainmakers were without some key players (#17 Shun Gokita), and did not enough firepower to hang with the Rat Pack with a full squad. A new key addition (#33 Malik Vayanna) helped to improve the Rat Pack inside play. Rat Pack looks like they are ready for the playoffs. They lost to the Teddy Bears in the championship by 2 points last season, and look to take the crown this season.

Practice Squad     48
Sand Brothaz       39

Practice Squad played excellent defense and shut down one of the leagues top scoring teams. They fustrated Sand Brothaz with their collasping defense down in the paint. We will see how far they can go in the playoffs without their top scorer (#3 Trevor Callendar).

Max-Out            64
Supreme Court   62

Max-Out played very well for most of the game and fell asleep. They had a 15 point lead and let Supreme Court  tie the game late, lead by #4 Duane Delresario with 26 points. But Max-Out's superstar #23 Bo Noung hit the go ahead jumper and willed them to victory with 38 points. Max-Out has won two in a row after losing 5 to start the season. They seem to be peaking at the right time since the playoffs are right around the corner.

Player of Week:

G - #23 Bo Noung    38 points, 4 rebounds
Max-Out

Sunday April 19th Scoreboard:

Atl Rat Pack     55
Sand Brothaz   70

Sand Brothaz take the top spot in their division with this win, plus currently have the best record the league with only one lost. #33 Ali Mokad is one of the leading candidates for this season's MVP award scoring his league season high of 36 points. The Sand Brothaz also set a league record by hitting 12, 3-pointers in this game. The whole team at one point in this game could not miss from outside.

Max-Out      58
Air Punjab    42

Max-Out finally gets a win! Max-Out finally did not self-destruct as everyone played good defense and pitched in for their first victory. #15 Sam Chan lead on the defensive end with 5 steals in the game. So is Max-Out ready to get over the hump? They have the talent, we will see if they can put some wins together before the playoffs.

GT Rainmakers    70
Practice Squad     61

Practice Squad is not the same without Trevor Calendar, who is out for the season with an ankle injury. Trevor provided consistent scoring and defense, which they really lack right now. But the rainmakers have an emerging superstar in #17 Shun Gokita. He just fills up the stat sheet every game and great in the open floor. They way he's playing they can give the Teddy Bears a challenge for the championship.

Player of the Week:

#33 Ali Mokdad                 36 points, 8 rebounds
Sand Brothaz

Sunday April 12th Scoreboard:

Supreme Court   57
Air Punjab          44

Supreme Court  keeps rolling with their fourth win. With Jessie anchor the paint they are looking to be a real contender for the the league championship. The addition of veteran guard #4 Duane Delrosario (28 points) this seems to be a great pick up for them. He has added a steady confidence to their lineup. Especially when he is stroking the 3 pointer like he was this game.

Max-Out        48
Atl Rat Pack   53

Max-Out still winless! The only winless team in the league keeps making crucial mistakes that costs them game after game. But this team might be the most dangerous 0-5 team in the league, so don't count them out yet. But maybe  they are as bad as their record is. Rat Pack keeps squeaking out wins like good teams do. They still haven't look sharp this season though. But a win is a win no matter how you do it.

Teddy Bears     52
Practice Squad  51

Practice Squad was hit with a technical foul early in game because of an illegal player. That technical might have costs them the game, losing by only one point. Deng the illegal player was played on another team and did not notify the league of changing teams (you are not allowed to play for more than one team in a season). But Deng was allowed to play and almost help his team beat the Teddy Bears, but got the ball stolen at the end of the game by Daniel Yoon to seal the victory for the Teddy Bears. The Teddy Bears this season, do not seem to have that edge the usually have over most teams. For whatever the reason they just don't dominate teams like they use to. Great teams keep winning though, thats what makes them great.

Player of the Week:

#4 Duane Delresario        (6, 3-pointers)      28 points, 3 steals
Supreme Court

ATTENTION!!!! There are new changes for Sunday May 3rd! So Please check the schedule again. Sorry for the inconvenience, thank you!

Sunday April 5th Scoreboard:

Supreme Court     51
Teddy Bears         57

The Teddy Bears seem to be even with most teams when they do not have Thomas Byrd. But they still have Billy Kim and an emerging superstar in Daniel Yoon (22 points) to get them some tough wins. Supreme Court played good enough to win but couldn't hit shots down the stretch.

Practice Squad   38
Atl Rat Pack      60

Practice Squad were without their best player Trevor Calendar and it showed. They struggled all game offensively and their defense wasn't any better. The score could have been a lot worse. Rat Pack continues to pull out wins, but can they finally put together a championship season.

Sand Brothaz     62
GT Rainmakers  60

This was a tight game from start to finish. The Sand Brothaz two man attack of Usman Choudhry (30 points) and Ali Mokdad (27points) was enough to take out the balanced GT Rainmakers. This game was basically 5 guys verses 2 the whole game. Usman is showing that he is one the top players in the league with his non-stop hustle and scoring ability.

Player of the Week:

Usman Choudhry       30 points, 16 rebounds
Sand Brothaz

Sunday March 29 Scoreboard:

Supreme Court   75
GT Rainmakers  57

Supreme Court's 6'7 center Jessie Winchester is showing every week that he is more than just an improved player. He is showing that he is a force to be dealt with. The Rainmakers had no answer for Jessie. He had a career game vs the Rainmakers with 22 points and grabbing 18 rebounds. If Jessie keeps this up he is looking like an early canidate for league MVP!

Rat Pack    49
Air Punjab  43

Rat Pack get back on their winning ways again, but they still don't look like one of the top teams in Atlanta without their big man Ali Igbal. But a win is a win. And Air Punjab looks good one week and so so the next. #29 Jaspal Bathal is struggling really bad this season only scoring 3 points this game also.

Max-out       53
Teddy Bears 64

Max-Out seems to be improving, but they are still no match for the Teddy Bears at full strength. They are still winless in the league and winless against the Teddy Bears. Max-Out actually had an 8 point lead in this game, but the sharpshooting of Billy Kim (5 3 pointers) snapped the Teddy Bears two game losing streak. The Teddy Bears have never lost in league play with Billy Kim in their lineup.

Player of the Week:

#7 C - Jessie Winchester       22 points, 18 rebounds
Supreme Court
